Are you ready to take the lead in transforming the customer experience across one of the UK's busiest rail networks?

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Asset Delivery Manager to drive service quality, reduce anti-social behaviour impacts, and ensure our train fleets are presented to the highest standards.



As Asset Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Best in Class service quality and customer satisfaction. You'll lead the response to vandalism and graffiti incidents, manage mobile engineering teams, and collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce costs and improve outcomes.


Key Responsibilities




Manage all aspects of train vandalism, graffiti, and anti-social behaviour incident handling, including evidence gathering and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies to reduce vandalism and associated costs. Lead product trials with suppliers to drive innovation, safety, and cost efficiencies. Oversee and support the TP mobile engineering team to maintain outstanding fleet standards. Deliver and exceed key service quality metrics (SQR, CSAT, Net Promoter Scores). Prepare and present detailed reports with data-driven insights and progress updates. Support legal processes by preparing evidence and acting as a TOC expert witness if required. Deputise for the Head of Train Presentation when needed.

What

You'll

Bring




Strong knowledge of the GTR network, rail industry, and key stakeholders. Experience in train maintenance, cleaning, and servicing, with a solid grasp of vandalism/graffiti management. Proficient with asset management and IT systems such as RTS, Maximo, Asset-Pro, Genius-Trent, Web Gemini, and TRUST. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Trained risk assessor with strong data analysis and reporting abilities. Familiarity with customer experience and service quality audit regimes (SQR, CSAT, NPS). Personal Track Safety certification. Educated to A-level or equivalent. Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
