Job Description
We are seeking a highly reliable, hands-on
Asset Sales Coordinator
to manage and coordinate thesale of physical assets on the ground
in Blackpool. This role is critical to ensuring assets are prepared, marketed, shown, negotiated, and sold efficiently.This is
not a desk-only role
you must be comfortable being on site, dealing with buyers, coordinating viewings, and pushing deals to completion.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Work Location: In person
