About The Role

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Leader while developing expertise across sales, administration, and customer service. This is a fast-paced position, and your responsibilities as a Senior Sales Coordinator will include:

• Efficiently process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
• Resolving escalated issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Flexibly support desk requirements, seamlessly switching between administration, sales, and customer service tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the team leader, providing day-to-day support and contributing to project-based activities that drive the business forward.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To succeed as a Senior Sales Coordinator you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

• Order Management: Efficiently process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
• Customer Focus: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills - including negotiating and influencing. You'll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team - you'll be an effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach

• Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures
• A flexible and adaptable approach, you'll enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment where you'll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy

• Office Software Proficiency: Confident in the use of all major office software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems), enabling efficient handling of daily tasks.
