As an Asset Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our property portfolio. You'll carry out technical surveys, evaluate asset condition, and provide data-driven recommendations to support both capital and maintenance programmes.

What will you do
Conduct detailed condition and compliance surveys across a varied housing stock Analyse survey data to prioritise works and inform investment decisions
Produce clear, concise reports and cost estimates
Liaise with contractors, project managers and other stakeholders
Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and best practice
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in property/asset surveying or a related field
Proficiency with surveying tools (e.g. laser measure, iPad survey apps) and MS Office/GIS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication
Relevant qualification (e.g. RICS accreditation) or equivalent experience
