We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an Asset Surveyor.
What you'll be doing
You'll look after Golding's property assets and work to deliver the asset management strategy, undertaking a range of building surveying. You'll carry out or instruct any targeted surveys of stock as required and produce high quality reports. You'll undertake stock condition and energy data updates using handheld devices to automatically update our Asset Management database, improving the data we hold on stock condition and energy relating to the homes we own and manage.
More about you. What can you bring?
We're looking for someone with a HND/C in Surveying or similar equivalent qualification. You'll have a NEBOSH/IOSH/SMSTS General or Construction certificate. You must have or be working toward AssocRICS and/or CIOB equivalent.
You'll have experience in carrying out stock condition surveys or energy surveys, as well as experience in the housing/construction industry advising on aspects of Health/Building Safety. You'll be experienced in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard.
You'll have technical knowledge and expertise of property and construction disciplines, as well as demonstrable knowledge of integrating safety into the built environment.
A full UK driving license is required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of 46,557 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
