You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen interest in accounting. We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our growing Accounts team in our Bootle Fordstore.

A typical day in the life of an Assistant Accountant:

Support the Dealership Accountants with production of Monthly Management Accounts for various departments to company deadlines. Completing Monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Produce various analysis for Heads of Departments to support P&L Reviews. Accruals and Prepayments Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting. Assisting and supporting the Accounts Department with all operational and administrative aspects to ensure the efficient running and management of work. Undertaking tasks and projects as set out by the Group Financial Controller. Dealing with general accounting queries from internal and external customers of the Accounts Department. Knowledge of Excel essential

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
