Assistant Banqueting Manager

Chicheley Hall, set in 80 acres of beautiful countryside, just to the North of Milton Keys with close links to the M1 set in stunning grounds this 47 bedroom Grade one listed building lends its self to quality.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager with a bias towards Banqueting.

Our requirements are that you would be looking for your next step in the hospitality industry and looking for a challenge for this new opening opportunity.

TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE A HOTEL BACK GROUND WORKING IN SUCH DEPARTMENRTS AS BANQUETING

This role is key to ensuring all our guest have an outstanding stay with us, you will have the ability and commitment in delivering a truly one-off customer experience.

Responsible for supporting all the operational departments including Housekeeping.

Be a great host and welcome our guests. Ensure compliance with all Standards including guest service. Ensure excellent guest service through internal measurement and external i.e. Trip Advisor. Serve as a manager on duty and perform any other assigned task.
You need to be flexible, well-groomed and willing to work in a team and in return we can offer an industry standard salary, and a range of other benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 13 p/h

Minimum of 30 hours per week

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
