Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the department and FLobby Bar operation You will plan the daily workload with the team and ensure an effective organisation of tasks You will be offering exceptional guest service in line with One Aldwych & LQA standands, support and manage the Lobby Bar team You will liaise and collaborate with other departments across the hotel in a courteous and professional manner * You will support the Lobby Bar Manager with a variety of administrative tasks e.g. holiday requests, performance reviews, etc.
