The Morton Scott Pub Company is an established, family run business, with pubs and bars based in London's buzzing theatreland for over 20 years.

Each one of our pubs and bars has its own personality and style. We love to see staff embrace this and add their own flair and fun to the business whilst offering a 'locals ambience 'which is often lost in Central London.

Assistant Manager

A natural team leader with personal skills. Previous experience in team leading or management. People, sales, and client focused delivering an exceptional customer service. Cash and stock control experience A fun and inspirational role model with a passion for the business. Happy and enthusiastic

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in the hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Coordinate food preparation and service, maintaining high culinary quality. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing guest experiences.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to get established and settled in a successful, trusted family company. We offer full support and help when required to assist the applicant in settling into the role and getting to grips with the business.

The salary is 12.80 per hour, plus tips which can range from 100 ? 200 per (4-week) pay period depending on the time of year.

We can be flexible on the starting date, depending on the candidates current commitments but we are keen to get the right person started as soon as possible.
