We're now looking for an

Assistant Bar Manager

- a hands-on, people-focused leader who'll support the Bar Manager in running day-to-day operations, inspiring the team, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience every night.

What you'll do

Lead the bar team alongside the Bar Manager to ensure seamless, high-quality service. Oversee preparation and presentation of cocktails, wines and spirits - maintaining exceptional standards of taste and consistency. Train, coach and motivate bartenders, nurturing a culture of learning and creativity. Manage stock, ordering, cash handling and daily operational checklists. Support in creating new cocktails, menus and promotional activations that reflect Bar Lina's style and energy. Uphold all licensing, health & safety, and responsible alcohol service policies. Lead by example -- always guest-focused, professional and passionate about hospitality.

About you

Experience as a Senior Bartender, Supervisor or Assistant Bar Manager in a quality-driven bar or restaurant. Excellent mixology and product knowledge across spirits, wine and Italian aperitivi. Confident leadership and communication skills - you know how to bring the best out of your team. Strong organisational and financial awareness, including stock and labour management. A creative mindset with a love for innovation, guest engagement and storytelling through cocktails. Enthusiastic, reliable and ready to grow within an expanding hospitality group.
