Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our new Irish cafe & Bar . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership qualities.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the venue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Experience
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe and bar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bartending experience
