Duties
Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
Supervise and manage bar staff
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly
Lead by example in serving customers and maintaining a professional appearance
Requirements
