Mirror Mirror Group Limited is a luxury beauty salon in Shrewsbury, renowned for delivering premium treatments in a calm, elegant setting. We are now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented Assistant Salon Manager to join our team.

Role Summary

The Assistant Salon Manager will combine hands-on treatment delivery with leadership responsibilities.

This role is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Beauty Therapist with a passion for advanced skin treatments and the ability to support and inspire a growing team.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality beauty and advanced facial treatments (Hydra Pure+, CACI, electrical facials, skin rejuvenation). Supporting the Salon Manager with day-to-day operations. Leading by example to maintain excellent client care and service standards. Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and performance management. Helping to drive treatment and retail sales in line with business goals. Contributing to the salon's continued growth and reputation. Perform luxury manicures/Pedicures, GEL and Biab. Perform Lash and Brow treatments. Makeup application preferable.

Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). Experience with advanced facials such as HydraFacial, CACI or electrical treatments. Proven leadership or supervisory experience within the beauty industry. Strong communication and organisational skills. Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing learning. Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
