We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty and Aesthetics

Salon Manager

to lead the daily operations of our high street

beauty and aesthetics clinic

. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing the full salon operation, from team development and client experience to sales performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Salon Operations:

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Team Leadership:

Motivate, support, and lead a high-performing team of therapists, aestheticians, and front-of-house staff to create a positive and professional working environment.

Client Experience:

Champion an exceptional client journey from consultation to aftercare, ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and cared for.

Revenue & Growth:

Drive sales, client retention, and revenue targets through effective team management, promotional campaigns, and upselling of treatments and retail products.

Client Rebooking:

Lead by example in encouraging and coaching the team to confidently rebook clients and build long-term client relationships.

KPI Management:

Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) including rebooking rates, average client spend, retail sales, and treatment occupancy and inspire the team to do the same.

Scheduling & Resources:

Manage staff rotas, treatment bookings, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimise resources and efficiency.

Compliance & Standards:

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with all relevant health and beauty regulations.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and support ongoing professional development for the team to keep skills up to date and aligned with the clinic's brand and values.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing a busy salon or clinic environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for delivering outstanding client service in beauty and aesthetics. Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset. Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Must be NVQ level 2 and 3 beauty therapy trained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.00-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
