Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. This role involves supervising beauty professionals, handling administrative tasks, and driving business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage supply ordering and vendor relationships.

Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, and manage salon staff (stylists, aestheticians, receptionists). Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build loyal clientele. Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.

Marketing & Business Development:

Promote salon services through social media, partnerships, and local events. Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Stay updated on beauty industry trends to keep services competitive.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a salon manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of salon software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody, or Salon Iris). Business acumen and understanding of budgeting and sales. Relevant certification or degree in cosmetology, business, or a related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

Full-time position; weekends and evenings may be required. Fast-paced, customer-focused environment. May involve standing for long periods.
