Responsibilities
Liaise with landlords and tenants over routine maintenance issues
Visit developments to approve/check for maintenance issues
Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and assist in issuing demands for rent and service charge when due
Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy
Ensure safety compliance and housing legislation is adhered to always
Provide an excellent standard of customer service and build relationships with landlord and tenants
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent team player with the ability to work alone
Excellent IT skills
