Position:

Assistant Block Manager



Employment:

Full-time, permanent



Hours:

40 hours per week



Salary:

23k to 28k



Leave:

20 days per year, plus bank holidays, plus loyalty bonus

Your duties will include:



To work under the associate Director assisting them with daily tasks To manage a small assigned portfolio of residential blocks; Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring high maintenance standards; Managing enquiries from our residents and clients. Assistance with LPE1 requests Raising works orders and liaison with contractors to complete actions; Ensuring our clients receive quality services and value for money; Attending resident and site meetings;

A strong focus on customer service; Knowledge or experience from a related role; A Full Driving License; A desire to progress within the company / industry; IT literate & eager to embrace technology;

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
