About the Role - Your Leadership Mission
As Assistant Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in the
launch and ongoing success
of our brand-new Guernsey nursery. You'll:
Partner with the Centre Director to lead the
day-to-day operations
and ensure excellence across the board
Help build, coach, and motivate a brand-new team
Support the implementation of our
Bee Curious curriculum
and high-quality teaching practices
Be a visible, trusted presence for parents, carers, and children
Ensure that safeguarding, compliance, and wellbeing standards are met at all times
Step into leadership responsibilities
when the Centre Director is away

You Bring
A
Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Practitioner
Strong knowledge of
EYFS and safeguarding best practices
A leadership style that is warm, clear, and motivating
A deep passion for early education and team development
Excitement about being part of a brand-new setting
