About the Role - Your Leadership Mission



As Assistant Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in the

launch and ongoing success

of our brand-new Guernsey nursery. You'll:

Partner with the Centre Director to lead the

day-to-day operations

and ensure excellence across the board Help build, coach, and motivate a brand-new team Support the implementation of our

Bee Curious curriculum

and high-quality teaching practices Be a visible, trusted presence for parents, carers, and children Ensure that safeguarding, compliance, and wellbeing standards are met at all times

You Bring



A

Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification



Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Practitioner

Strong knowledge of

EYFS and safeguarding best practices



A leadership style that is warm, clear, and motivating

A deep passion for early education and team development
