Assistant Chef
35 hours per week, 23,660 (13.00 per hour)
Working as an Assistant Chef in our residential and nursing home for older people in Sunderland. You will take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef. Duties will include: preparation of menus and ordering of provisions; cost control; ensuring food is prepared and cooked in a wholesome manner to meet special dietary needs of individual residents.
You should possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate; have experience of working in a similar environment and experience of supervising staff.
