Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a commitment to educating and developing athletes. This role is essential in supporting the head coach in training sessions, competitions, and overall team management. The Assistant Coach will play a vital role in fostering a positive and motivating environment for athletes to excel.

Responsibilities

Must arrive 30 minutes before the session begins Demonstrate at least one skill in the warm up Delivers Multi-Ball Help to set up the session Ensure the end zones are put onto all small pitches during the 2nd drink break Learn how to set up and lead drills Honest, reliable and trustworthy "Mature" in attitude Punctual and reliable A fan of the We Make Footballers Coaching Style Confident, outgoing, high energy and enthusiastic A happy, enthusiastic person with a natural sense of fun Passionate about developing football in their country and improving their community Passionate about improving our communities and seeing the benefit of sport Presentable and organised Open minded and keen to develop as an individual
