We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager Assistant to oversee the administration, and management of contracts within our organisation.
Amstech has been trading for 23 years in the Asbestos Industry.
Duties
The work will involve, but is not limited to:
Taking enquiries and orders.
Liaising with clients by email and telephone.
Programming some jobs.
Producing Plans of Work.
Ensuring the work sites are ready for us.
Booking any hired plant & equipment.
Keeping training and plant maintenance records.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract execution.
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation for auditing purposes.
Experience
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management principles is advantageous.
