As our Assistant Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Land & Development Managers in the pre-construction phases of their development projects, including feasibility, legal, design, planning and health and safety related activities and assist the Development Manager in the progress of potential new developments or phases through the technical, legal, planning and financial hurdles to the stage of signing off the Budget Pack and starting on site.
