We're on the lookout for a senior housing professional to take the helm of our housing teams for a one year fixed term role; an exciting opportunity to shape services, develop high performing teams, and make a lasting impact on communities across north Kent and Medway.
About the Role
As a key leader at mhs homes, you'll bring a laser focus to enhancing performance standards and championing customer voices, ensuring every interaction meets diverse needs and expectations.
With proven experience in senior leadership within the housing sector, you'll be adept at fostering a positive culture, empowering teams, and upholding our organisational values. You'll oversee a large and diverse housing portfolio, including housing management, home ownership, market rent, and supported housing, so expertise in housing law and practice is essential.
