Assistant Facilities Manager
What this job involves:
As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of multiple property sites. You'll be supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering exceptional service to clients, maintaining high standards, and fostering positive relationships with occupants. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to creating a safe and well-maintained environment. What your day-to-day will look like:
Supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring client KPIs are met as outlined in the Property Management Agreement (PMA).
Assisting in the implementation of customer experience initiatives across the portfolio, working closely with service partners.
Aiding in property transitions into management and preparing for sales, handling due diligence inquiries.
Ensuring on-site property management adheres to JLL's policies, processes, and procedures.
Acting as a point of contact for occupants, providing advice and guidance on the day-to-day operations of the building(s).
Assisting in the setting and controlling of service charge budgets, quarterly variance reporting, and reconciliation.
Supporting the building's Social Responsible Management activities, including health and safety and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business principles.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Previous experience in the property industry or a similar business line, with client-facing experience or a corporate FM background.
Supportive in driving operational business change.
Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Driven to achieve results.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
IWFM / BIFM qualification
IOSH
Experience managing multiple property sites.

On-site -West Sussex, GBR
