The Football Fun Factory provides incredible childhood football experiences in the form of evening Football Fun & Development sessions, Tots Football Fun classes, school holiday Football Fun Camps, birthday parties and events.
We are seeking to find highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate football coaches to take on part-time self-employed coaching hours to help us increase the opportunities for children in the local community.
Duties
Assist in designing and implementing training programmes tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Support head coaches during practices, games, and team meetings
Mentor players on technical skills, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Help organise team logistics, including equipment management
Promote a positive team environment that encourages personal growth and development
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during all activities
Support the organisation of community engagement events
Skills
Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably football or similar team sports
Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire kids aged 5-12 years old.
Excellent communication skills
Organised with the ability to plan effectively under supervision
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Passionate about youth development and fostering teamwork through sport
Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules, and safety standards within football
