We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Football Coach to join our sports programme. Responsibilities

Assist the head coach in planning and delivering training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Support players in developing technical skills, tactical understanding, and teamwork Help organise team logistics, including equipment preparation and match arrangements Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive attitude among team members Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of training programmes Ensure the safety of all participants during training and matches by adhering to health and safety protocols

Experience

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is desirable but not essential; relevant experience in football or other team sports will be considered favourably Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes A passion for sports, particularly football, with a commitment to fostering teamwork and personal growth Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of health and safety standards related to sports coaching is advantageous
