We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Football Coach to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating children in both the technical and tactical aspects of football. This role is essential in fostering a positive team environment while developing children's skills and understanding of the game.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach conducting sessions, ensuring they are engaging and educational for all players. Educate children on game strategies, techniques, and rules of football. Support the Head Coach I in sessions. Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.

Requirements

Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of football techniques, strategies, and rules. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate players effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all athletes. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
