Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy, fast-paced restaurant setting. Expertise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like

, or similar systems. Strong leadership skills to inspire, train, and manage a high-performing team. Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices. Passion for Jamaican cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement. Someone who has energy and vibrantKey Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes. Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to uphold our brand values. Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, driving performance through strategic initiatives. Foster a positive working environment that reflects our vibrant Jamaican culture.
