The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll will be responsible for all staff on shift including front of house and kitchen teams to ensure that they are ready for service, aware of daily business activity and that communication is clear and consistent throughout the day. You'll deputies' for the General Manager and assist with admin duties, including rotas and banking.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager in a similar hospitality role and have confidence in yourself to have the ability to develop to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for a General Manager in the making and it's key that customer service along with making memorable events is something you are passionate about. You'll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team as well as taking the lead and running shifts.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity with a passion for delivering excellent service
Experience of managing and training staff in the hospitality sector
Good communication skills and have impeccable attention to detail
Be versatile, a great team leader who is can work as part of the team and be willing to help others

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
