- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Support in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll efficiently

Experience:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required

- Proficiency in bartending, cooking, food safety practices, culinary skills, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques is essential

- Demonstrated experience in team management, including training and supervising staff members

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to food service and customer satisfaction
