The Role:

You'll be responsible for the smooth and safe day-to-day running of the site, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and strong team performance. Duties include:

Overseeing rota planning, payroll, customer service, and site presentation Leading and mentoring team members, with regular appraisals and development planning Driving commercial performance, including upsells and promotions Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and HR management Supporting the General Manager with strategic and operational leadership Managing site-specific social media activity with support from our central marketing team Achieving and maintaining the IBA wind-speed controller qualification
What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-first mindset Ability to multitask across operational, HR, and administrative responsibilities Experience managing or supervising teams in a hospitality, leisure, or retail setting is preferred
