40 per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday are key shifts)

The Role

As

Assistant General Manager

, you'll be the right-hand to the GM, helping drive the success of our Newcastle restaurant. You'll lead a passionate team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and ensure smooth, high-quality operations day to day.

What You'll Do

Support the GM in all aspects of restaurant operations, from performance to profitability Lead, motivate, and train a brilliant FOH and kitchen team using our comprehensive 'How We' program. Maintain our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness Manage stock, cash, and reporting accurately each week Ensure the venue meets all health, safety, and hygiene standards (and keeps that 5? rating!) Handle customer feedback with care and confidence Contribute fresh ideas to marketing and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience managing teams in hospitality or quick service environments

Strong communication and leadership skills A keen eye for detail in a fast paced hospitality role where every interaction with the customer is crucial to our onward success Highly organised with solid time management Energetic, approachable, and driven by great customer experiences Confident with Microsoft Word & Excel

Desirable:

Personal license holder

Knowledge of GP, stock management & health and safety procedures Food hygiene certification (Level 2/3) Full UK driving licence
