Assistant Handy Person
The Moorie Kennels is offering a rare opportunity for someone to join our team as an Assistant handy person.
Ideal for a school leaver or a young person looking for work.
This role involves working closely with and assisting our current Handy person and following their lead. Therefore, teamwork is an essential skill required.
We are looking for an eager learner who is keen to work and is familiar with dogs. They MUST have a can-do attitude due to the wide range of daily tasks.
Responsibilities
Kennel Cleaning
Grounds keeper (grass cutting ect)
General labouring (Painting, lifting, assisting skilled workers)
Firewood (Staking ect)
Power saw work (All training provided)
It is a 40-hour contract over 5 days a week with weekend work being mandatory.
