Manage in a way that is inspiring and encouraging yet holds staff and students to the highest standards
Contribute fully to daily, process and strategy meetings
Strategic lead for Curriculum and Assessment
Design and implement the Curriculum Model
Create the Academy Timetable
Compile and analyse assessment data
Lead on the assessment architecture for 11 - 18
Lead on 'floor standards' for middle leaders including preparing leaders for the Support and Challenge process
Line manage a number of Faculty Leaders
Lead the Academy Data team
