We are seeking a skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our bustling pub & restaurant the CookHouse Pub & Carvery, Rainhill. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a flair for culinary creativity.
Candidates applying for the role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:
Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude Experience of working within a fast-paced food business. Capable of delivering 1000+ covers per week. Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of chefs. Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating. Passion for working in a team environment. Delivering high quality dishes following specifications. Supporting the Kitchen Manager in delivering great guest experiences and kitchen management.
