As we continue to expand to our second location, we're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help drive our kitchen team to success.

: We're on the hunt for an experienced assistant kitchen manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at our Stockton location. You'll be responsible for leading the kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow during busy service hours. The ideal candidate will be organized, quick on their feet, and have a passion for great food.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to meet daily operational goals.

- Ensure food is prepared to our high standards of quality and consistency.

- Manage kitchen schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing during peak times.

- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages.

- Train and mentor new kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.

- Oversee cleanliness and food safety procedures to ensure a clean, safe kitchen.

- Communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and happy customers.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ideally in a leadership role.

- Full UK driving licence as some shifts may be at our hartlepool store

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems on the fly.

- A passion for pizza and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
