What You'll Be Doing
Generating and booking valuation appointments
Valuing and instructing new rental properties
Driving new business, repeat business and market share
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Conducting professional property viewings
Managing sales progression and maintaining strong client communication
Supporting the Lettings Manager in daily operations and team motivation
Ambitious, enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets
Strong communicator -- articulate, confident and professional
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Resilient, positive and proactive with a strong work ethic
Presentable, organised and able to thrive under pressure
Full UK driving licence

Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm (Friday finish 5pm)
Saturday rota:
9am-4pm (not every week)
