80,000 OTE + Car Allowance

Full Time, Monday-Saturday (day off in lieu)

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a lettings team to hit targets and exceed expectations Managing the full lettings process, from valuations and listings to move-ins and renewals Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Overseeing compliance, ensuring all lettings activity meets legal and company standards Driving business growth through effective marketing and local networking

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in lettings, ideally as a

Senior Lettings Negotiator

or

Assistant Lettings Manager

ready to step up Strong leadership and communication skills Proven record of achieving targets and delivering results A full UK driving licence A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for property
