About the Role


You'll support the General Manager in running our fast paced restaurant, helping create an amazing dining experience and inspiring your team. You'll lead the team with energy and passion, ensuring our crew embraces Care, Community, and Connection -- our core values.


We'll provide structured training before you even start, and you'll continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career at Rockfish, with mentorship from an Area Manager to guide you on your journey.
