Summary

As a Assistant Manager Front of House at The Sun Inn, located in Kirkby Lonsdale, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your contributions will help enhance our reputation for excellence in hospitality and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Supervisory or team management experience is a plus. A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.

Good to Know

We are a small team, in this role you will report to the General manager. Work is often hands on and practical in nature. We can offer partial live in, half board for 3 nights per week. You may find your self working alone on quieter shifts.

In addition to your monthly pay you will receive a fair share of the tips pool, which will amount to about 3750.00 per year.
