Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and analytical HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager or Manager HR. This is a critical role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and analytical reporting for decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-spectrum HR operations in compliance with UK employment laws and HR practices.
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and redundancies in line with UK HR policies.
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files accurately.
Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports using advanced Excel skills.
Ensure timely payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Assist in policy development and implementation aligned with business goals.
Support in driving employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisals.
Liaise with department heads to align HR strategy with operational needs.
Requirements
Education:
MBA in HR / Bachelors in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of HR experience with sound knowledge of UK employment law, recruitment, redundancy handling, and HR operations.
Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard Creation, Data Analysis).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
