We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

Assist in managing restaurant operations Supervise and train staff in various roles, including serving Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Implement training programs for new employees to ensure adherence to restaurant standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Culinary experience or formal training in food preparation is highly desirable. Proven track record of team management and leadership skills. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in barista duties or hotel services would be advantageous. A background in kitchen operations or food production will be beneficial.
