Assistant Manager

to support this new phase and help shape the future of the property.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and operational excellence. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, a proactive mindset, and a genuine commitment to high standards across all departments.

What you'll be doing:

Running the show

in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

Supporting the hotel's reopening

, with a key focus on re-establishing our food and beverage offerings and helping lead on key projects. Ensuring

compliance and training

standards are up to date, relevant, and genuinely useful.

Championing great customer service

, and keeping quality high across the board.

Monitoring budgets and costs

, especially around ordering and operational spending. Being a go-to for

HR and recruitment queries

What we're looking for:

Experience leading or managing teams in a hotel, hospitality, or service setting. A respectful, approachable, and

people-first mindset

--you genuinely care about the guest and staff experience. A great communicator and team player who can roll up their sleeves and support anywhere from the

kitchen to maintenance

. Someone with strong organisational skills,

a head for detail

, and the flexibility to adapt as we rebuild and grow.
