Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Manage team schedules, training, and development to enhance performance and teamwork.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Maintain inventory control and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, production processes, and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
