Are you passionate about hospitality and hungry to grow your career in fine dining? FAN is seeking a hands-on, ambitious Assistant Manager ready to take ownership and grow with us as we expand internationally.

We're a small, passionate team founded by three friends who believe in flavour, creativity, and hard work. Our concept blends Japanese technique with bold Peruvian and Chinese flavours, offered through a la carte and omakase tasting menus. After 3 incredible years in Peru, we've just launched in Notting Hill, London, and the journey is only beginning.

What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for someone with strong management and leadership experience in hospitality, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to shape the future of a growing restaurant brand.

Key Responsibilities

-Support the General Manager in daily operations

-Lead and motivate the front-of-house team

-Oversee service standards, floor flow, and guest satisfaction

-Manage sales targets, bookings, and client relationships

-Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development

-Collaborate on marketing, events, and new projects

-Be ready to roll up your sleeves and lead by example - we're all hands-on here

What You Bring

-Experience in a supervisor, assistant manager, or duty manager role

-Strong operational knowledge of restaurant floor and back-office systems

-A passion for hospitality, people, and great food

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-A high level of organisation, accountability, and drive

-The right to work in the UK
