This is an opportunity to develop your performance improvement and turnaround experience within a dynamic and growing team. Our VCS practice is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking talented individuals to join us at the Assistant Manager/Manager level.


You will have the opportunity to work alongside our Private Equity and corporate clients, supporting the delivery of performance improvement initiatives and turnarounds, primarily in cash flow optimisation and working capital improvement. You will gain valuable experience working with senior stakeholders and honing your analytical skills, including Excel/PowerPoint modelling.


You will be responsible for:

Supporting client engagements by assisting in the assessment of value creation potential and the development of action plans. Contributing to project teams and working with management to implement agreed initiatives, focusing on efficient execution and value maximisation. Collaborating with colleagues across Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory (SRT&A) and the broader Deloitte network to provide clients with a comprehensive view of business operations, performance gaps, and improvement potential. Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment where individual contributions are valued.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

A track record of contributing to working capital optimisation and cash flow forecasting projects, ideally within a consulting or corporate environment. Experience in supporting the implementation of cash and working capital initiatives, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory optimisation. Emerging business development skills, with a demonstrated interest in growing client relationships. Experience working with private equity portfolio companies is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and project support skills. Developing talent and mentorship capabilities. Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and/or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent). A strong understanding of a company's financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for client engagements.
