The right Assistant Pub Manager will have:
Enthusiasm, ideas and drive for business growth.
Experience working in pubs, bars and restaurants for a group or independent operator Effective communication skills
Experience in cashing up, key holding and closing up.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
A commitment to outstanding customer service
Knowledge of beers, wines and cocktails strongly desired
