Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an assistant manager for a long standing client of ours. They are wanting a candidate on a permanent basis to assist with management within their Children's/ young people's homes based in the Great Harwood/ Rishton area.
A driver is needed for this role.
This role will ideally start as soon as possible.
Our client has a range of Children's/Young people services in the local area. Providing residential, outreach and crisis care. The team go above and beyond to ensure the service user's needs are met and they are an amazing company to be apart of!
Responsibilities
Assisting the manager with developing the teams full potential Supervisions Promoting and uplifting relationships with service users and staff Behaviour management Complying with the homes requirements
Qualifications
Level 3 Required Level 5 desirable Driver with access to a car Experience working with those with complex needsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,992.00 per year
Work Location: In person
