Overview

This role is vital in assisting the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing and business development team to deliver the day-to-day marketing duties and contribute to the execution of the firm's strategy.

Key accountabilities

Support the Head of Marketing on the delivery of the firmwide strategy. Ownership of key marketing campaigns, in particular digital, online and in person events. Search out and foster new opportunities to develop and evolve the firm's marketing activities. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, (social media, web analytics, rankings etc). Day-to-day management of the PEM website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and SEO-friendly. Draft and schedule content for multiple channels, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, press releases, newsletters and report on performance. Develop and evolve workflows and processes within the team to support, ideation, development and delivery of activity. Line management of the marketing team. General marketing administrative tasks, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team's marketing activities.

CIM qualification or equivalent experience in a similar marketing role Project management and organisation skills Effective communication skills, in particular influencing at senior level Strong organisational skills and personal effectiveness, with a focus on results Creative and curious mindset
