We're on the lookout for a passionate, creative and detail-focused Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing merchandising team.
The Assistant Merchandiser role will support the Merchandiser to ensure we maximise our profit opportunities and we have enough product in our stores and online to support steady growth whilst minimising risks.
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Merchandiser will be to: Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock is aligned with demand and sales trends; Monitor product performance, analyzing data to support decision-making; Help manage the flow of stock to ensure efficient replenishment and availability; Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships and retail teams to ensure product assortments meet customer expectations; Support the development of the Merchandising Admin Assistant.
To be invited to interview you must have prior experience within a merchandising role for a retail fashion business. You must also have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills, be highly organised, be proficient at using Microsoft Excel and have strong analytical skills. You must also have a relevant degree level qualification.
